We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

CrispCotton specializes in summer women's clothing, including dresses, tops, shorts, and accessories. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be perfect.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only (at this time). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For any shipping issues (lost, damaged, delayed), please contact us and refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details, including exclusions (e.g., final sale items) and how to initiate a return.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address provided.

You agree to provide a valid email address and phone number so that we can contact you about your order if necessary.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas (or your chosen county/state) for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
