📦 Shipping Policy – CrispCotton

Thank you for shopping at CrispCotton. We are committed to getting your summer favorites to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

During sales or peak seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited shipping methods. Standard shipping may accept PO Boxes – please contact us before ordering if you have a PO Box.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take 5–10 business days for standard shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the email.
5. Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of carriers depending on your location and selected shipping speed:

USPS – for standard and lightweight packages

UPS – for expedited and larger orders

FedEx – for overnight and certain regions
6. Shipping from Our Warehouse
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located at:
2720 GEORGIA AVE, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28312-6128, USA
This is our shipping origin. Please do not send returns to this address unless we have instructed you to do so. Return instructions are provided in our Refund Policy.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at FernandesLeeks@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. An additional shipping fee will apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. If it is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (at our discretion).

Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” but then stolen. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. For porch piracy, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and local police.

Delayed packages: We do not refund shipping costs for carrier delays (weather, peak season, etc.). We appreciate your patience.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at FernandesLeeks@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Keep all original packaging until we resolve the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited or overnight shipping (standard USPS may accept PO Boxes).

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Some items (e.g., certain accessories) may have additional restrictions – these will be noted on the product page.
11. Sales Tax & Shipping
Shipping charges are subject to sales tax in states where we have nexus (e.g., North Carolina, Texas, etc.). The exact tax amount will be calculated at checkout.
