Welcome to our women’s summer clothing store. This Payment Policy outlines how we handle payments for all purchases made through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Gift Cards – Store gift cards issued by us

All payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI‑compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.


2. Currency

All prices on our store are listed in US Dollars (USD). We do not accept other currencies at this time. If you are using a credit card issued outside the US, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee – we are not responsible for such fees.


3. Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus (e.g., California, New York, Texas, etc.). The exact tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Payment Authorization & Order Confirmation

  • When you place an order, we send an authorization request to your payment provider. This may temporarily hold the funds, but your card will only be charged when your order is confirmed.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. If your payment fails, the order will not be completed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current billing information. Any mismatch between your billing address and the address on file with your payment provider may result in order cancellation or delay.

We may verify your identity or payment method before processing high‑value orders.
