📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. How long does shipping take?
We ship from the US (domestic fulfillment centers). Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to Canada and other countries soon – stay tuned!
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account and click “Track Order”.
5. I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at hello@yourstore.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change it.

6. What size should I order?
Please check our Size Guide (link below). We provide detailed measurements for each garment. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit – our fabrics have some stretch.
7. I’m tall/petite. Will these dresses fit me?
Our models range from 5’4” to 5’9” wearing size S/M. For taller customers (5’8”+), some dresses may appear slightly shorter. For petite customers (under 5’3”), hemlines will fall a bit longer. Check the product description for exact length measurements.
8. Does your clothing run true to size?
Most of our items run true to size, but some styles (like relaxed fit or bodycon) may vary. Always read the product description and customer reviews for fit notes.
9. What if my dress doesn’t fit?
No worries. We offer 30‑day returns for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Final sale items (marked as such) are not returnable.
11. How do I start a return?
Visit our Returns Center (link below). Enter your order number and email, then follow the instructions. You’ll receive a prepaid return label (a small fee may apply – see policy).
12. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation.
13. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the correct size. That way you get your new size without waiting.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay / Klarna (buy now, pay later).
15. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is PCI‑compliant and uses SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details.
16. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus. The exact amount is calculated at checkout.
17. How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount” box. Only one code per order. Codes cannot be applied after purchase.
18. My promo code isn’t working. Why?
Common reasons: expired code, minimum spend not met, specific products excluded, or the code was already used. Double‑check the terms or email us for help.
👚 Product Care
19. How do I wash my summer dress?
Most of our items are machine washable. We recommend cold wash, gentle cycle, and hang dry to preserve color and shape. Always check the care label inside the garment.
20. Does the fabric wrinkle easily?
Many of our dresses are made with wrinkle‑resistant blends (e.g., rayon/spandex, cotton/polyester). For linen or 100% cotton items, a quick steam or iron on low heat works great.
21. Is the fabric see‑through?
We test all light‑colored items for opacity. If a dress is slightly sheer, we note it in the product description and suggest nude undergarments. When in doubt, check customer reviews!

22. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your size preferences, and earn rewards (coming soon).
23. How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, it may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
24. Do you share my personal information?
